Delivery

<p>If you have placed an order and decided you would like to cancel, please contact us within 10 minutes.</p>
<p>It may not be possible to cancel your order after this time due to our orders being automatically processed and dispatched efficiently. We recommend contacting us via Live Chat as your email may not be seen immediately. Please keep in mind our opening hours as any cancellation requests made outside of this period, will not be answered.</p>
<p>If your order has already left our facility, we kindly ask that all the item(s) are returned.</p>
<p>The item(s) must be in their original condition and will be inspected by our returns team on their arrival. Once the returned items are accepted, we will issue a full refund minus the outbound delivery cost if applicable.</p>

Can I cancel or change my order?

<p>We are currently looking into providing an exchange service and we hope to see this come to affect soon.</p>
<p>If the item is not suitable, we kindly ask that you to return it back to us as per our returns instructions. A full refund will be issued upon its arrival and an email to confirm. Please place a new order for the desired item in the meantime, or, once you have received your refund.</p>

Can I exchange an item I have received?

<p>We, and, our delivery partners aim to avoid mistakes entirely, although, we hope you can appreciate they happen from time to time. We kindly ask you to contact us straight away, providing all the information necessary along with images. With your co-operation, we will ensure to correct any fault that we have made efficiently.</p>
<p>If your order has been lost in transit, or, damaged, please contact us with images if possible. We require this information to pass on to our delivery partner(s) for investigation and will keep you updated along the way. Responses from our delivery partner(s) typically take 48-72 business hours, although may take longer in busy periods. Rest assured, we are doing everything we can to resolve the issue for you and will be in touch as soon as we receive further information.</p>
<p>We aim to answer all emails within 48 hours. During our busiest periods, Black Friday and Christmas, this can be challenging although, we can assure you we are working through these as quickly as we can. My order items are missing or incorrect

<p>If you are unavailable when delivery takes place, we recommend contacting the courier chosen using your tracking number provided. In many cases, you can schedule redelivery at a convenient time for you. Most carriers will re-try the delivery the next working day.</p>
<p>If DPD was your chosen service, choose an address of your choice via the DPD app.</p>
<p>Any deliveries attempted and unachieved by Royal mail will be diverted to your closest post office depot. A delivery notice will be left with instructions for you to collect your order from the collection point.</p>

I missed my delivery, how do I receive my parcel?

<p>British Attire promotional codes often run for a limited period, so please make sure to check the expiry date of the code you wish to use.</p>
<p>We are unable to apply discounts to specific brands, sale items, and hardware unless otherwise specified. Once your order is received, we, unfortunately, are unable to apply your discount code to that order – please save this for your next purchase.</p>
<p>We are unable to combine promotional codes as only one can be applied to your order. After adding your item(s) to the shopping bag and have proceeded to the checkout, please enter your code in the promo code box displayed to below your items.</p>

Why is a promotion code not working?

<p><strong>You have 30 days from the date on which the goods were received to return any item for a refund.</strong> If you require an alternative size in an item you purchased, you will need to place a new order for the new size and return the size that is not suitable.</p>
<p>For the festive period we extend our usual 30 days returns period. All orders placed between <strong>1st November to 24th December</strong> can be returned until <strong>24th January</strong>.</p>
<p>Please ensure the packaging remains intact and undamaged, as returns cannot be accepted without it. We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed, are not in original condition, or have their tags removed. Every aspect of the item must be free from signs of wear and odour.</p>

International Returns

<p>All products purchased from British Attire carry the full manufacturer warranty.</p>
<p><strong>Special circumstance:</strong> in the event the manufacturer is no longer in business, British Attire will review your warranty claim and at our discretion help to provide an equitable solution. All warranty claims may only be made by the purchaser on record. Please email our customer experience team regarding any warranty questions.</p>

<p>As our brands have different ways of labelling their clothing sizes, we have listed everything on the site in standard UK sizes, so choose your UK size when adding an item to the basket. If you are unsure of your size, please use TrueFit, view the size guide on the page or contact us. For more detailed sizing please refer to the item on the product page.</p>
<p>Where possible we have written in the description how the product fits, for example tight, skinny or loose fit. There is also TrueFit available on some product that will take the sizing of an item you own and suggest the sizing of the product you're viewing accurately.</p>
<p>If you are buying kids sizes and the size required falls between the UK sizes available, we would recommend selecting the next size up a size to allow for growth.</p>

Sizing Information

<p>It can happen that some sizes sell out quicker than the others and also some brands produce their garments in limited sizes.</p>
<p>Most products that we sell are seasonal and once they are sold out, we might not be able to stock them again in the future. However, some brands reproduce their most popular products and our customer service team will be able to tell you whether a product will be coming back into stock next season or not. Please contact us with the product details or sign up to the back in stock emails on the product page and we will contact you if/when it comes back into stock.</p>

<p>We will not be beaten on price and are happy to price match against other websites. If you find another UK retailer has the same product at a cheaper price, we will match it.</p>
<p>All you need to do is contact us prior to placing an order with the product name, variation (colour, size etc.) and link to the product on British Attire and also the same information from the competitor's site. We will verify and match the price there and then for you.</p>

<li>We will match the price of a product; not delivery charges.</li>

<p>British Attire promotional codes often run for a limited period of time so please make sure you check the expiry date of the code. They do not apply on certain brands, discounted items and hardware unless otherwise specified.</p>
<p>We are unable to apply a discount after an order has been submitted.</p>
<p>Only one promotional code can be used per order, and we are unable to combine promotional codes together.</p>
