Refund Policy

If something is not quite right, please use our Returns & Exchanges Portal to manage your return or exchange.


UK Returns & Exchanges

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return or exchange an item.
  • Orders placed between 1 November and 24 December can be returned until 24 January.
  • UK returns are free of charge when using our returns service via the portal.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, free from odour, with all tags and packaging intact.

How it works

  1. Repackage your items securely.
  2. Go to the Returns & Exchanges Portal and follow the on-screen instructions.
  3. Select whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
  4. Print your free Royal Mail label, attach it to your parcel and drop it at your local Post Office. Please keep the proof of postage.

Returns are normally processed within 10 working days of being received at our warehouse. During busy gifting periods (for example early January), processing may take a little longer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, less any original delivery charge.


International Returns & Exchanges

  • You have 30 days from receiving your order to return or exchange an item.
  • Orders placed between 1 November and 24 December can be returned until 24 January.
  • Arrange your return in the portal using one of the following options:
    • Use our carrier service at a flat rate of £21.95 (deducted from your refund), or
    • Use your own courier and provide proof of shipping. This is set up through the portal.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, free from odour, with all tags and packaging intact.

  1. Repackage your items securely.
  2. Go to the Returns & Exchanges Portal and create your return.
  3. Select refund or exchange, then choose your preferred return method.

International returns are normally processed within 10 working days of receipt at our warehouse, although this may take longer after peak gifting seasons. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, less the original delivery charge and any return fee if using our carrier service.


Faulty, Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is faulty, damaged or defective, please start your request in the Returns & Exchanges Portal. You can upload photos and details during the process so our team can review promptly.

  • All products carry the full manufacturer warranty.
  • If the manufacturer is no longer in business, British Attire will review your claim and may offer an equitable solution.
  • Claims can only be made by the original purchaser.
